Payment is mandatory to definitively validate the registration, and must reach us within 5 days after the validation of your online registration.

Registration is taken into account upon receipt of full payment of the check(s). 

Possibility of issuing 2 checks: 50% cashed on registration and 50% no later than October 10, 2022.

Participation in the Meetings is reserved for practitioners up to date with their subscription, individually or through their Association of origin, as well as to practitioners of other styles, invited by the Board (within the limit of five places ) as part of the opening approved by the GA of 8 November 1997 in Houlgate.

By my registration, I explicitly accept the following points:

• Registration is effective after receipt of full payment to be made within 15 days of registration.

• I do not claim any rights to the images or films recorded during the Meetings.

• If I take photos and / or films during the Meetings, I agree to give a copy to the Amicale for its archives.

• I accept the following cancellation conditions:

  • Any withdrawal must be made in writing to the Amicale office and to the organizers.

  • No deduction will be made if the withdrawal occurs before the registration deadline

  • After this date, deductions may be made depending on the date of withdrawal before the D day of the start of the meetings.

A lump sum will be retained in the event of justified force majeure:

• Zero euro before D-30

• Fifteen euros (15 €) between D-29 and D-10;

• Thirty euros (30 €) between D-9 and D-5;

• Fifty euros (50 €) between D-4 and J.

A deduction proportional to the total amount of the stay will be made in the event of withdrawal not justified by a case of force majeure:

• 30% from the day after the closing date for registrations at D-20

• 50% between D-19 and D-10,

• 100% between D-9 and J.

However, no deduction will be made if the withdrawal is the result of a health problem with cessation of activity (compulsory medical certificate).

The fixed period of 10 days is the minimum period for informing people on the waiting list that they can benefit from places that have become available.

Note: The Amicale Office will study each withdrawal request, on a case-by-case basis, before making the decision to retain,
after consultation with the organizers. The Amicale Board remains the sole judge to assess the reality of cases of force majeure.

By registering for these Meetings, I agree that my personal data collected will be subject to computer processing in order to keep the registration file up to date.
They are intended for the members of the Bureau of the Amicale as well as the Organizers of the Meetings and the service provider in charge of accommodation.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations which entered into force on May 25, 2018, I have the right to access and rectify information concerning me, by contacting the Amicale Secretariat.
Image rights. Due to many lawsuits in this area, your signature on this bulletin will indicate that you will not claim any rights.
Photos and films. If you take photos or films during the Meetings, you agree to give a copy to the Amicale for its archives.
