The Amicale is managed by its adherent members. The board of directors is elected by the general assembly but anyone is welcome to give some of their time in the area that speaks to them best through the committees. Each investment, however small it may be, makes the Amicale grow. Participating in it means supporting the action and values of the association.

Objectives of the commission
Produce a dynamic and professional 3-5 minute video presenting the original organization and functioning of the YJMTQ. This video would be visible on the Amicale website as well as on all the websites of member associations that wish it. It would constitute a permanent support to facilitate the presentation of the Amicale in the associations. Its dual objective would be to encourage people to practice in a member association of the Amicale and to participate in its operation. The tone should be aimed "at young people aged 7 to 97".
